One of the most common uses for Sandalwood oil is for meditation, due to its grounding and mood-enhancing properties.

Genamin STAC / Steartrimonium Chloride is mainly used in our Styling and Perm/ Straightener products as it prevents or inhibits the build-up of a static. It also help to form emulsions by reducing the surface tension of the substances to be emulsified and help to distribute or to suspend an insoluble solid in a liquid.

Glucose has water-binding properties for skin so it acts as Humectant and Skin Conditioner.On hair Glucose acts as an effective Film Former and can make your hair feel sticky or stiff, e.g. in Sugar Spray.

Thus provides long lasting relaxing effect of hair fibres, without causing damage to the hair and scalp irritations typical of alkaline chemical and other straightening ingredients.Glyoxylic Acid is used to adjust the pH of a formulation to ensure a product's pH is at a desired level for product stability and consumer safety.

We use Green 6 in some of our Styling products where it imparts a greenish color to the product.

Guar Hydroxypropyltrimonium Chloride forms a "free breathing" film on hair and skin, and generates good protection, moisturization, conditioning, lightweight feel, shiny, soft, healthy looking hair.It's a unique naturally-derived solution for oil-based and silicone-free shampoos offering conditioning performance even in sulfate-free formulations.Improves conditioning of hair in both the wet and dry state. This is due to the fact that its cationic charge makes the product substantive to anionic surfaces such as hair and skin.

Hamamelis Virginiana (Witch Hazel) Water is a skin conditioning ingredient. It is known to enhance the appearance of dry or damaged scalp skin and help to reduce flaking and restores the suppleness of scalp skin.

Helianthus Annuus (Sunflower) Seed Wax is known as a film forming conditioner that provides a waxy texture and moisturization.

Henna imparts a color to hair. it is obtained from the leaves of the Henna plant that contain a natural and very effective coloring pigment. This Orange/Red dye releases as the leaves are crushed. Hexahydroxycyclohexane/ Inositol is used, unique or in combination with other supporting ingredients, predominantly in our Scalp recovery and Detox Shampoos, Conditioners, Tonics and Peelings due to its moisturizing and anti-static properties. Histidine can be used as a hair conditioning ingredient. As such it helps to increase the softness or smoothness of hair, reduce tangles, and reduce surface roughness. Most Hair conditioning ingredients sit on the surface of hair. In our products, Histidine is mainly used as chelant. Chelants are chemical compounds that complex metals and stop them from interacting with other molecules. As result of that the hair color is protected and will last longer and the preservative system is boosted. In Colorants chelants help to preserve the intended color result and product stability in case of metal ion exposure during manufacturing of the tint.

Hydrated Silica is mainly use in our products as hair volumizer. It is basically used to temporarily add volume, body, and shine to thin or flat hair.
