Wella Company Announces Decision to Exit Operations in Russia

Wella Company is exiting local manufacturing and commercial operations in Russia. 

Wella Company will no longer manufacture or sell its brands in Russia.

The Company has divested ownership to an independent local operating team, comprised of former Wella Company employees to finalize the market exit in full compliance with local legislation.

Our Russian employees have been dedicated and most valued members of our Wella Family and we deeply appreciate their contributions. In agreement with the new owners, our former employees will be provided financial support, care and protection above and beyond statutory requirements in the event of separation. 

The divestiture of ownership is effective immediately.

Wella Company will not profit from this transaction.
